Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading overall strategy, implementation, organization, and workflow of the Digital Asset Management system
  • Oversees and manages the Digital Asset system and corresponding servers to facilitate the uploading and downloading of assets as well as maintaining and upgrading the system
  • Primary point of contact for IT and vendors regarding all servers, software, and hardware needs for the Creative Team
  • Responsible for assigning appropriate metadata to assets as well as cataloging them in order to ensure accurate usage rights and ease of search
  • Facilitates retrieval of previously cataloged images and footage for editors and stakeholders
  • Processes RAW footage and images for storage as well as creates proxy/compressed footage for editing
  • Keeps informed of latest Digital Asset Management technology, trends, and innovations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience including project management involving digital assets
  • Understanding of databases, working knowledge of digital content formats and standards
  • Proven experience in and knowledge of latest IT practices and approaches
  • Exemplary leadership skills in server implementation and upkeep
  • Demonstrates deep knowledge of media storage best practices, technologies, processes and illustrates attention to detail with a proven ability to manage projects and timelines

  • Develop and implement multi-channel strategic plans to advance client goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic insight and guidance on digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations to strengthen results. Utilize market research, social listening tools, and analytics reports to optimize and improve ROI.
  • Track and manage timelines, deliverables, and implementation for digital campaigns across internal and external teams. Coordinate the production, development, and maintenance of new and existing website projects, and identify opportunities to reduce reliance on external vendors.
  • Ensure that best practices are upheld for email marketing and web development, providing the best possible products and results for all client accounts.
  • Assist in the creative idea process, and help drive implementation of digital communications strategies, in tandem and collaboration with the press, messaging, policy, legal and creative teams.
  • Regularly explore and pursue new digital ideas, testing small and measuring success.
  • Mentor, train, and educate client partners and In Pursuit Of staff on relevant tools, strategies, and performance metrics. 

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:

  • 8 – 10 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or technology roles; including direct experience with team management responsibilities.
  • Must have a deep understanding of email marketing and familiarity with all aspects of digital, core marketing principles, and analytics.
  • Hill, campaign, agency, or issue advocacy experience strongly preferred.
  • Track record of successful management experience in directing, training, and recruiting personnel, and with key skills including strategic planning and implementation, project management, and budgeting.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience with digital marketing, including a deep understanding of best practices, innovated tactics, measurement tools, and technological platforms.
  • Hands on experience with email marketing and CRM platforms, and a proven record of working on website development projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other related tools.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, results-drive, high performance culture, with a willingness to work hours required and a commitment to getting the job done.
  • Excellent interpersonal and ability to engage and lead people and projects across teams and client account, delivering quality and timely results.

  • Oversee the implementation of a strategic approach to member engagement from a portfolio of accounts
  • Collaborate and partner with network groups to create member development plans to increase engagement that supports long-term strategic network objectives
  • Discover, build, cultivate, and grow long-term relationships with current and prospective members utilizing “Moves Management.” techniques
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing individual member programs
  • Coordinate with development team staff, executives and other internal resources to plan personal interactions with members, including face-to-face meetings and event participation.
  • Create and participate in a wide-variety of member meetings, this includes traveling nationally.
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership and the development team on long-term focus strategies

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of work experience required
  • 7+ years’ experience in a professional environment is required
  • Past experience in major gift fundraising (working with high value donor dollars) and a familiarity with concepts of Moves Management is preferred
  • A passion and commitment to free-market principles
  • Ability to prioritize, and advanced skills in strategic planning and coordination
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, and high degree of discretion and confidentiality
