ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the design and development of new features by extending the functionality of the Salesforce platform
  • Design, develop, test and deploy high quality custom business solutions on the Force.com platform
  • Collaborate with business groups and internal Salesforce team to determine and deliver improvements to the Salesforce database

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

As an End User Support Analyst with FPSS, a typical day might include the following:
• Evaluate technical problems throughout our clients’ office suite.

• Aid with service desk tickets to ensure customers have their issues addressed in a timely manner.
