In Pursuit Of is seeking a Deputy Digital Director to assist in managing and expanding the online and digital presence of the organization and its client partners to include oversight of web development and email marketing capabilities. A successful Deputy Digital Director will also partner with clients to develop proper measurement protocols and analyze ROI of digital programs.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage web design, email, and analytics staff, as well as vendor relationships, to ensure that successful outcomes are achieved to meet client and project needs.
  • Track and manage timelines, deliverables, and implementation for digital campaigns related to email marketing, website development, UX testing and design, analytics and performance reporting.
  • Assist in the creative idea process, and help drive implementation of digital communications strategies, in tandem and collaboration with the press, messaging, policy, legal and creative teams.
  • Ensure that best practices are upheld with regard to email and web development, ensuring that the best possible products and results are delivered to clients.
  • Regularly explore and pursue new digital ideas, testing small and measuring success.
  • Develop multi-channel strategic plans for a number of clients and help with execution.
  • Manage development and design of issue projects’ microsites and other supporting platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in digital technology, marketing, or communications roles
  • Hill, campaign, agency, or issue advocacy experience strongly preferred
  • Solid experience with online marketing tools and digital platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Demonstrated interest in communicating economic policies to mainstream audiences
  • Proven ability to identify innovative methods to share and promote content using technology and an understanding of how digital channels work
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, and other related tools
  • Ability to take initiative, and work independently and collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment while integrating a high degree of attention to detail and organization
  • Hands on experience with email marketing and CRM platforms, and a proven background of working in (or overseeing) website development projects

Freedom Partners Shared Services (FPSS) is seeking a Recruiter with a customer focused mindset who can build strong relationships with Hiring Managers in order to identify candidates for key positions. This Recruiter will be responsible for working closely with these Hiring Managers in recruiting, as well as interviewing and matching highly skilled professionals to our network organization’s needs. In addition, this position will require strong interpersonal skills as networking will be key in identifying candidates for open positions.

As a Recruiter, a typical day might include:
• Expand existing networking strategies to fulfill immediate and long-term hiring needs.
• Identify methods to improve job descriptions, performance profiles, and interactions with hiring managers.
• Identify and vet potential candidates by reviewing applications, interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and verifying references.
• Drive a strong selection process consistent with our selection philosophy.
• Build relationships with Hiring Managers to help them make better talent decisions.
• Guide and advise interview participants on the selection process. 

You have:
• Prior experience (2-5 years) as a recruiter in either a corporate or agency environment
• Strong interpersonal skills paired with strong internal and external customer focus skills

• Experience building strong relationships and partnerships 
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while integrating a high degree of attention to detail and organization
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• The ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
• The willingness to embrace change and flexibility within the role
• Appreciation for free market ideals and principles of limited government
