Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional events strategy to identify new members and strengthen relationships with our current members.
  • Manage guest experience and event execution at biannual VIP events for 500+ business and philanthropic leaders.
  • Supervise 1-2 events associates.
  • Lead nationwide venue searches and manage site selection for future events.
  • Coordinate with event venues and manage relationships with various event vendors, including on décor, transportation, and photography.
  • Research best practices and develop and execute strategies to continuously improve our events.
  • Measure effectiveness of events in achieving their objectives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required
  • 5+ years’ experience in a professional environment is required
  • Direct experience in planning and executing both small and large-scale events and conferences
  • A passion and commitment to free-market principles
  • Ability to multi-task, execute under tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of a comprehensive Donor Relations and Stewardship program that appropriately recognizes donors
  • Strategically partner with development team to determine the best strategies for individualized donor stewardship plans utilizing consistent, accurate, and appropriate information-sharing mechanisms

  • Coordinate stewardship reports to educate, engage, inspire and thank our donors for their generosity

  • Create surveys and flagging system so captured data is properly stored in the i360 portal for continued modeling and analytics.
  • Provide support to field staff for any issues or questions surrounding the i360 portal.
Qualifications:

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest experience and event execution at biannual VIP events for 500+ business and philanthropic leaders.
  • Coordinate with event venues, including on food and beverage orders.
  • Lead nationwide venue searches and manage site selection for future events.
  • Manage relationships with various event vendors, including on décor, transportation, and photography.
  • Research best practices and develop and execute strategies to continuously improve our events.
  • Measure effectiveness of events in achieving their objectives.
  • Work closely with the Event Art Director to produce signage and installations that contribute to the overall event experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required
  • 3+ years’ experience in a professional environment is required
  • Direct experience in planning and executing both small and large-scale events and conferences
  • A passion and commitment to free-market principles
  • Ability to multi-task, execute under tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure

As an End User Support Analyst with FPSS, a typical day might include the following:
• Evaluate technical problems throughout our clients’ office suite.
• Identify and repair problems that fall outside of the Freedom Partners Shared Services End User Support responsibilities, or reach out to appropriate parties to coordinate repairs.
• Aid with service desk tickets to ensure customers have their issues addressed in a timely manner.
• Assist with the technical aspects of ongoing technology projects.
• Maintain internal ticket & request.
• Research and analysis that is associated with acquiring new technology for projects as they arise; also for device selection for employee device replacements.
• Research and implement best practices and ways to improve services while lowering costs and increasing customer focus and efficiency.
• Review software, cloud applications, and other technical services used throughout the organization and find single solutions that meet all departments needs while meeting our security standards and integration with existing platforms when possible.
• Assist with high importance meetings & events, providing real time dedicated support to solve problems when they arise.
• Work with external technology engineers to solve problems as they arise within the organization to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

You have:
• 1+ years’ experience with technical platforms
• Strong analytical & organizational skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a customer facing role
• Familiarity with training tools, technology, and methodologies
