Erin joined Freedom Partners Shared Services in June 2017, where she recruits entry-level talent and coordinates interviews for the Talent Acquisition team. She previously worked at the Institute for Humane Studies from June 2015 – June 2017, where she also participated in the Koch Internship and Koch Associate Programs. Erin enjoys hiking and kayaking in the great outdoors in her spare time.

Lauren directly supports the network’s grassroots capability, Americans for Prosperity, where she recruits for interns and crafts beneficial internship programming to connect the interns with the greater freedom movement along with professional development. Lauren further supports AFP by ensuring a great candidate experience through the interview process and the new hire on-boarding. Jennifer has worked at Freedom Partners Shared Services for 3 years, helping match talented and passionate candidates with roles that further freedom. She is currently supporting Cause of Action Institute and would love to speak to you about legal roles and opportunities. She also is sourcing valuable talent for the Network and enjoys speaking to candidates with a variety of skills that have a passion for liberty.
Todd joined Freedom Partners Shared Services in February of 2016 as the leader of HR Operations, and assumed leadership of the Talent Acquisition capability in January of 2017. His 25 years’ experience in HR and talent acquisition combines the recruiting agency side as well as “the dark side” of corporations in the biopharmaceutical, financial services, law firm, and non-profit sectors. He is passionate about creating high value for internal customers in delivering top talent as well as ensuring candidates have a positive, respectful experience throughout their interactions with us.
Sarah joined the FPSS Talent Acquisition team in June 2015 as a Recruiting Coordinator and, in December 2016, was promoted to Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Her experience at FPSS includes project management, process optimization, metrics, managing intern recruitment across capabilities, as well managing recruitment for data and technology talent. Currently, she is supporting the communications and marketing team at In Pursuit Of, a newly-launched full-service communications and marketing capability that drives ideas and shapes debates in pursuit of a free and open society.
